Helping people become more fully human
a stack of old books

Books

Books have a unique way of staying with us. They give us language for experiences we can’t always name, invite us to see the world differently, and remind us that we are not alone.

That is the kind of writing I create.

I write across genres, drawing from psychology, research, lived experience, and story to explore what it means to become more fully human. Whether writing about trauma, burnout, identity, belonging, or joy, I am drawn to the experiences that shape our lives and the ways we make meaning from them.

I don’t write to resolve life’s complexity. I write to accompany people as they learn to live within it.

Currently seeking literary representation.
